Born in Plymouth, England, JJL Green dreamed of becoming a professional rugby player. His mother (as well as a healthy dose of reality) persuaded him otherwise. He went to university in Cardiff, Innsbruck and Bristol, where he studied law and German. After flirting with a career in the army, he began his life as a lawyer just after the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression had put a stranglehold on the global economy. He is still practising law at an international law firm and currently lives in London with his wife and daughter.
He has a passion for the power of words (both spoken and in print), Air Jordan sneakers, a sense of order, and his favourite colour is Berlin blue.
His inspiration comes from authors like John Grisham, Jeffery Deaver, Stephen King and Bret Easton Ellis.
Famously Dead is his first book.
